Brief: I set myself the challenge of drawing an illustration for my partner. After the success of the first piece, I then chose to draw a second the following year.
Solution: As me and my partner nickname each other Bean, I chose this theme for my drawings. For the first, I created bean characters based on us; a small baked bean to represent me and a kidney bean wearing my partners favourite hat, we're also walking our bearded dragon, Fluffy (our real pet and his real name). The following year I thought of what other adventures I could send the Bean characters on, and I have even more ideas for the future! This is such a fun personal project and a great way for me to practice my illustration skills and express my personal style.
